Welcome to the home of the Virginia Tech Chapter of the American Fisheries Society.

Officer Elections are Tuesday, April 1st 2008 at 7:00 pm in Room 317 Cheatham.

Our organization operates primarily through our committees "to improve the conservation and sustainability of fishery resources and aquatic ecosystems by advancing fisheries and aquatic science and promoting the development of fisheries professionals."

Our meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, at 7pm in 317 Cheatham Hall, on the Virginia Tech Campus. We invite anyone with an interest in fish conservation, science, and management, and those who just love fish, to hear our guest speakers and attend our activities.
